Thanks Brian

I appreciate where you're coming from with your concerns about super bacteria. I have met some doctors who have similar concerns that the overuse of antibiotics and antibacterial washes are promoting superbugs and they're seeing this more and more often in hospitals.

I'm not an expert so this is just my own opinion and I think what you are doing to help your 3 year old build up his immune system together with teaching hime healthy habits makes all the difference. My mother was a nurse and as kids we were always aware of germs and bacteria, overly so!

It changed my life in 2003 when I found out that we all have potentially disease causing cells in our bodies. We can all be exposed to the flu bug or have cancer cells in our bodies. What causes one person to get sick while the other remains perfectly healthy is the body's environment at a cellular level. That is, good nutrition and elimination of waste keep cells healthy.

Yours in health,
Kerri

Great blog! Was grateful to find you while searching for natural cleaners. My 3 year old son has a host of food and environmental allergies as well as asthma and I've read that chemical spray cleaners can contribute to asthma attacks. That is a very disturbing fact #4 - especially with a little one in the house. I've been wondering how I limit the exposure of my home to "super-bacteria" that I pick up from people who use anti-bacterial soap on a regular basis - any suggestions?

I understand that there is sensitivity to commercial content in blog environments but wanted to contact you because we share a common interest in natural, healthy living. I work with Solay Wellness, Inc. (We have our own cleaners but I always like new information and options) A little about us:

We offer natural, fair trade health and wellness products related to many of the topics included in the discussions on your blog - including products organic living, cleaning, skin care and natural remedies.

We donate a percentage of profits to non-profit organizations and have set up a non-profit center on our website.

You can find more information at www.solaywellness.com

Thanks again,
